Exchange / Return Policy

Our aim is to provide our customers with an online shopping experience that is enjoyable, which includes ensuring you are 100% satisfied with the products that you have ordered. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item you can refer to the procedures below and we will do our best to resolve the situation.

 

1- STANDARD ORDERS:

If the item you ordered is a standard order in a standard size, and you wish to return it, you must fill out the form on the Returns section within 3 days of receiving your order to request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

1.1 Exchanges:

  • Accepted reasons for Exchange: The product you have received does not match your order and product description due to a mistake from our side (e.g. you received the wrong size or wrong colour). We have a rigorous checking procedure to make sure orders are made to the requirements before being shipped to the customer. However, in the extremely rare cases when there is an error made by us, we will accept returns. In these cases we will pay for the return shipping costs. The items should be returned in their original product packaging with the original receipt included along with the Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number you receive after filling the form)
  • We do not accept exchanges merely if the customer has changed their mind regarding the item in question. All sales are considered final.

If you have another reason for exchange (e.g., the item doesn’t fit), the terms below apply:

  • The return shipping cost must be borne by the customer, and the item(s) must be shipped by express courier and arrive in Dubai in its original condition with the original tags and receipt within 10 days of receiving your RMA number. Please note that an Airway Bill/ Courier reference number must be provided once the item has been shipped by you in order for us to track the shipment.
  • Once we receive the item, we will check the condition of the item, and if approved, process the exchange or issue a 6 months store credit note depending on your request.

1.2: Refunds:

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any exchange or refund for any of the following reasons:

A -The item(s) has not been received by us within 10 days of receiving your RMA number

B -The item(s) has not received by us in its original condition with its original tags or shows evidence of being worn/used

 

2- CUSTOM OR MADE TO MEASURE ORDERS:

For customized or made to measure orders we have a strict no returns or exchange policy. We urge you to make sure all your sizes are correct and that you are happy with the order before placing it through the site.
