Terms & Conditions
In these terms and conditions ´The Seller´ means EFFA FASHION and the company’s website effa.ae. The customer means the purchaser of goods from ´The Seller´ under these terms and conditions.
All prices quoted are in AED (Dirham) or in Euros or in British Sterling or in US Dollars and are inclusive of VAT (if applicable, as may be prescribed by law from time to time), unless otherwise specified. Prices and special offers are correct at the time of goods being displayed on the website but are subject to alteration without prior notice.
Payments must be made in AED & in Euros & in British Sterling & in US Dollars only and by one of the following methods; PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, and CASHU. Fraudulent use of credit cards will be reported to the relevant authorities.
The Seller's policy is to despatch goods within 48 hours of receiving an order, however this can vary subject to stock availability. Times quoted are in good faith, but shall not be binding. The Seller can accept no responsibility for transport delays or any other third party causing late delivery. Any products not available at the time of your order will be sent to you, as soon as possible, when received from the supplier.

If you use this website you will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You must ensure that the password is kept confidential. If you believe that your password has become known to anyone else, you must inform us immediately. EFFA FASHION reserves the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order you will not be charged.
When you place an order to purchase an item from EFFA FASHION, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we despatch that product to you. That acceptance will be complete at the time we despatch the product to you. Any products on the same order which are not despatched, do not form part of that contract.
You are entitled to cancel any order within 7 days from the day after receipt of the goods or services.
If you cancel an order within this time you must notify us by contacting us either by phone or email. You must ensure the goods are kept in the same way they were when delivered to you until such time as they are returned to us. Cancellations can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. If the order has already been despatched, the returns procedure is outlined below.
In order to arrange a return, please log in to your account and complete the returns request. Alternatively you can email our Customer Services team at email@example.com to request a returns authorisation number. We will then issue you with a unique returns number which you must quote on any accompanying documentation. You will need to package the item securely, in its original condition and include your order no, the returns no and whether a refund or exchange is needed, plus the reason for your return. Once received items will be checked and refunds issued where suitable.
Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt, unused, in perfect condition and sent back in its original packaging. Carriage for alternative items is to be paid for by The Customer. The Seller accepts no responsibility for lost parcels without a receipt of postage. Goods returned damaged due to poor packaging will not entitle The Buyer to a full credit/refund. Your Statutory Rights are not affected. Please be aware that postage will not be refunded for items returned as unsuitable.
Shortages & Damages
Goods must be inspected on delivery and all claims for shortages or damages must be reported to The Seller within 24 hours of receipt of goods.
All products are subject to stock availability. Stock availability is shown on the website, however if we have insufficient stock to fulfill the order, we will notify you by e-mail at the address given by you in your registration form. Stock is allocated on a first come first served basis once your order reaches our main server. The Seller doesn´t guarantee the availability of any item based on stock figures shown.
All content included on the website is the property of EFFA FASHION or our suppliers. All software used on this website is the property of EFFA FASHION or our software suppliers. You may not extract or reutilise part of the contents of the website without the written consent of EFFA FASHION.
EFFA FASHION grants you a limited licence to access and make personal use of this website, but not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it except with the written consent of EFFA FASHION. This licence does not include any resale or commercial use of this website or its contents, any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another seller.
Neither this website nor any part of it may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, re-sold, visited or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the consent of EFFA FASHION.
You must be registered with effa.ae to write a review. We thank you for sharing your views with us and other customers, however all reviews will be monitored before they are posted so please follow our guidelines:

Reviews must be relevant to the product in question and not be related to your experience in buying the product or having it delivered.
Be sure to rate each product from one to five stars. The rating displayed on the product page reflects an average of all customer submissions.
Reviews will not be posted that:
Contain derogatory comments directed towards other reviewers,
Contain content that might be considered sexually gratuitous, profane, unlawful, defamatory, libellous, abusive, incendiary, racially or sexually offensive, or obscene
You must not make false statements, defame or impersonate others.
Contain spamming or advertising.
Contain personal information about anyone - including yourself - such as phone numbers, postal addresses or credit card numbers.
Contain HTML or computer script.
They cannot be written by any suppliers to EFFA FASHION or manufacturers.
EFFA FASHION shall be entitled to cancel or delay delivery of orders if it is delayed, hindered or prevented from delivery through circumstances beyond its control. Such circumstances shall include (but are not limited to) industrial action, accident, fire, Act of God or failure to deliver by suppliers or carriers.
All offers are subject to stock availability. The Seller takes special care to show correct sizes and specifications and such descriptions, whilst given as a guide, in good faith, are subject to alteration by The Seller without notice. All colours are as near as can be displayed on a computer screen.

All items are guaranteed according to manufacturer´s warranty.
These terms and conditions and all contracts entered into under them are governed by and are to be construed in accordance with the laws of United Arab Emirates. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of United Arab Emirates in relation to any contract entered into under these terms and conditions.
Retention of Title Clause
The risk in all goods passes to The Customer upon delivery but title in the goods remains vested in The Seller and shall only pass from The Seller to The Customer upon full payment being made of all sums (due on whatsoever account or grounds) to The Seller.
