If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item you can refer to the procedures below and we will do our best to resolve the situation.

If the item you ordered is a standard order in a standard size, and you wish to return it, you must request the return within a maximum of 7 Days or receiving your order
Once we receive the item, we will check the condition of the item, and if approved, the refund will be processed accordingly.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse refund for any of the following reasons:
A –The return request has not been made within 7 days of receiving the Item(s)
B- The item(s) has not been received by us within 14 days of receiving your Return request
C -The item(s) has not received by us in its original condition with its original tags or shows evidence of being worn/used
2- MADE TO MEASURE ORDERS:
For customized or made to measure orders we have a strict no returns or exchange policy. We urge you to make sure all your sizes are correct and that you are happy with the order before placing it through the site. - We have a rigorous checking procedure to make sure orders are made to the requirements before being shipped to the customer. However, in the extremely rare cases when there is an error made by us, we will accept returns. In these cases we will pay for the return shipping costs. The items should be returned in their original product packaging
- Once we receive the item, we will check the condition of the item, and if approved, the refund will be processed accordingly

We do not accept returns merely if the customer has changed their mind regarding the item in question. All sales are considered final
